In our AI Learning Circles, participants explored everything from the fundamentals of what AI is, to practical use cases right here at Pagefreezer. Our sessions were designed to be hands-on, sparking a new level of engagement across the company. Key highlights included:

Mastering the tools: Our team learned the art of prompt engineering and dove deep into leveraging powerful tools like Gemini to boost productivity and efficiency.

Collaborating for the future: We held lively discussions where team members brainstormed how AI could transform their daily workflows and, most importantly, improve the client experience.
From Learning to Launch
This initiative wasn't just about learning: it was about shaping our future together and putting knowledge into action. We immediately saw the impact of the AI Learning Circles, as our team gained the tools to innovate, streamline processes, and deliver even greater value to our clients and each other. For instance, the initial blank page can be the biggest hurdle in content creation - so our Content Marketing Manager created a custom GPT to jumpstart the writing process. This tool quickly generates a strong first draft, slashing editing time, and lets our team spend more time on what really matters: strategy and creative refinement.
AI also helped us reimagine how employees access career growth. Employees often wait for a Manager or HR to provide answers about career paths and skill development, often creating a bottleneck that slows down progression. Our VP, People tackled this by creating a custom GPT that helps Pagefreezer employees get clear, immediate answers about our career progression and skill development framework, giving employees the immediate, self-serve support and clarity needed to grow with us.
We’ve seen numerous examples this year already of AI acting as a collaborative partner to our employees, suggesting new strategies and identifying new opportunities in areas like event planning, candidate sourcing, and analyzing data.
AI in Action
The momentum didn't stop there. Building on the energy from our AI Learning Circles, we launched the AI Taskforce, a cross-company collaborative initiative dedicated to turning innovative ideas into reality. This unique program empowers every employee, regardless of their technical or AI background, to contribute to automating workflows and reducing manual tasks with AI-powered tools in cross-functional small working groups, project by project. Participants gain hands-on skill development, elevate their visibility, and are recognized for their efforts. We believe that even if a project doesn't yield the intended outcome right away, the learning experience is invaluable, solidifying Pagefreezer's commitment to continuous improvement.
We’ve begun embedding AI into our daily work. As a powerful meeting companion, AI-assisted note-taking tools summarize talking points and action items, creating space for more focused, productive meetings where participants remain present and engaged instead of trying to capture discussion details.
Our Product and Development teams hold weekly AI check-ins to share what they've learned, built, and how they've used AI to solve a specific problem. During these sessions, team members often demo new tools they've integrated or scripts they've written, fostering a culture of continuous peer-to-peer sharing and inspiration.
This culture of sharing is also alive in our AI-Wins Slack channel, a dedicated space where every employee, no matter their role, can celebrate their successes, from automating a simple task to developing a complex new tool, keeping the conversation and innovation flowing every single day.
